At Railroad Precision Signals, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, a return or refund is necessary. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@rpsignals.com.

Sale Items and Exchanges:

Sale items will be refunded at the price it was originally purchased. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at sales@rpsignals.com.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, send an email to sales@rpsignals.com, and they will help you further.

**Do not send it back without talking with us first.**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Defective item shipping will be reimbursed. **Just note that all electronics are tested and records are kept before boxed up for shipping.**

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
